At In Your Diva, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Please review our shipping policy below to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

🚚 SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

  • We are based in New Port Richey, FL, USA, and we ship nationwide (within the U.S.).
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📦 DELIVERY & TRACKING

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 1-4 business days for tracking information to update.
  • If your tracking states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS office to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

📬 RETURNED PACKAGES & WRONG ADDRESSES

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for an additional shipping fee to have it resent.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase.
